Prabhu Deva has an admirer

Poonam Kaur is doing a special role in the film, Vedi directed by Prabhu Deva. She will be playing Vishal's sister in it. Vedi is a remake of Souryam and Poonam had played this character in the original as well. The actress did not want to be part of a remake and repeat herself but when she heard that Prabhu Deva was the director she agreed at once, as she is a huge admirer.
This actress was last seen in SA Chandrasekhar's Nenjirrukum Varai and Radha Mohan's Payanam. Poonam says that she only wants to do substantial roles as it is the only way to make an impact.
