Vikram's Suseenthiran directed action-comedy Rajapattai will be his fastest film from start of shoot to release, in a record eight months. The film has Deeksha Seth in the female lead with music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
The film was started by Kanakaratna Ramesh under SP Creations banner with his teenage sons Santosh and Pratish as producers.
Later due to Ramesh's financial problems, the film was taken over by leading businessman Prasad V Potluri and his banner PVP Cinemas.
Due to the complete professional management of PVP Cinemas, the big budget entertainer Rajapattai is almost 85 % complete in four months time.
The film is rumoured to be costing around Rs 39 crores and is said to be Vikram's most expensive film till date.
Rajapattai is likely to be released in December making it Vikram`s fastest start to finish and release film.
