Rumour mills are working overtime suggesting that Shriya Saran, the actress with looks and substance, would appear nude in a Bengali film by Rituporno Ghosh in which she is playing the role of a commercial sex worker."Shriya was initially reluctant when the director wanted her to do the bold act for a particular scene. However, after thinking for a while, she accepted the idea understanding the importance of the scene," reports say.
It is said that the scene would be shot in an artistic way and there would be nothing vulgar in it. In fact, it would bring out the actress in Shriya and the extent she could go for the love she has on her profession.
However, there is nothing so far official about it and it is expected that Shriya would clear the air soon. The actress was last seen in Tamil in 'Rowthiram', the Jiiva-starrer, in which she played a chirpy role.

The buzz that is going on in Kollywood is that Venkat Prabhu may direct Ajith and Silambarasan next. Though the director has said that nothing has been confirmed till now, we are told that the initial talks are going on. Suriya's Vaaranam Aayiram heroine, Divya Spandana has gone on record to condemn the 3 year ban against actress Nikita, of Saroja fame from the Kannada film industry. Divya was incensed as she felt that it was terribly unfair. She said that heroines make an easy target for movie bigwigs who enjoy showing off their power in this manner and at the expense of some poor defenseless heroine. Nobody dares to treat heroes like this, she fumed.
Sources in Bollywood say that Salman Khan may star in a biopic on Rajinikanth and this film will be produced by Atul Agnihotri. But it looks like Rajini’s family is not too happy with the idea and they have said that the producer has not approached them for permission to make film on Rajini till now.
