Get ready for Mankatha sequel!

Here is some great news from the Mankatha camp. If sources are to be believed, Mankatha sequel is on the block! Ajith-Venkat Prabhu will join hands again sooner than thought, the project will commence once Ajith wraps upBilla 2.  AM Rathnam of Surya Movies who has produced blockbuster hits like Indian, Run, Dhool, 7G Rainbow Colony will produce the film.

Mankatha sequel will also be a multi-starrer film. Interestingly, Initial talks are on for the movie and STR aka Silambarasan is likely to share screen space with Ajith.

Ajith who is flying high on the success of his golden jubilee film, in a recent interview said that “Ullasam (1997) is the last film he had seen in theatre!” Ajith added, “I am scared, because if it doesn’t do well, it will be hard to take. I am also scared that if it does really well, it would go to my head!”
