Hansika Motwani has confirmed a slot opposite Silambarasan aka Simbu in his gangster flick, 'Vettai Mannan'. The chirpy actress is said to do a different role and is now one of the three female leads opposite Simbu in this film.
This film by Nelson will see Simbu as a gangster and showcase what events lead him to become one of the most feared hit men, with Jai playing Simbu's dear friend whose death Simbu avenges. Music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja and the teasers that were released received fair response; however Simbu expressed in his microblogging page that it wasn't the final version. The film is produced by SS Chakravarthy.

Deeksha Seth and Poonam Kaur will play other two female leads in this film. Hansika is expected to be seen in a glam avatar and is touted to lose some flab for the role she essays as well.
